Creating an account stores the email address and password credentials you use to sign in, plus profile details you add (such as your name, phone number, garage motorcycles, and shipping addresses).

We use that information to sign you in, show your orders and memberships, and contact you about the account. You can update profile details from your account. Password resets are sent to the email address on the account.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. MotoBros does not store full card numbers on its own systems. Stripe receives the payment details, and we keep the Stripe customer identifier, payment status, and the order or registration the payment belongs to.

Stripe handles card data under its own terms. Use the contact details above if you need help with a charge that appears on a MotoBros order.

Transactional email is sent through Resend. That includes account messages (such as sign-in and password reset), order and service updates, and trackday registration messages.

Those messages go to the email address on your account or the address you entered at checkout. Resend processes the recipient address and the message so it can be delivered.

The shop uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. Those cookies are part of running the site.

MotoBros does not use advertising cookies in the storefront. Hosting logs may include the page requested, the time, and an IP address so we can keep the site reliable and investigate abuse.

Registering for a MotoBros trackday collects the rider details the event needs: your name and contact information, motorcycle information, emergency contact, waiver and rules acceptance, and payment status.

We use that information to run the event, confirm your spot, and reach you or your emergency contact if something happens at the track. Waiver records are kept so the shop can show what was accepted.
