Trackday cancellation (summary)
MotoBros Trackday Cancellation Policy
At MotoBros, we understand that plans can change. Because every trackday has limited rider spots and requires advance planning, the following cancellation policy applies to every trackday registration.
Trackday payments are not refundable to the customer's original payment method unless MotoBros expressly states otherwise. Eligible cancellations are issued as MotoBros Trackday Credit under the terms below.
9. Cancellations Seven or More Days Before the Trackday
If a rider cancels 7 or more calendar days before the scheduled trackday, the rider will receive 100% of the registration fee as MotoBros Trackday Credit.
The credit will be valid for one year from the original event date.
Example: If the trackday is scheduled for August 15, the cancellation must be submitted no later than August 8 based on the event's local time.
10. Cancellations Within Seven Days of the Trackday
If a rider cancels within 7 calendar days of the event, the rider will immediately receive a $100 MotoBros Trackday Credit.
The remaining registration balance will be marked as Pending Waitlist Credit.
The remaining balance will be issued as MotoBros Trackday Credit only if the rider's reserved position is filled by another paying rider from the official MotoBros waitlist.
If the position is not filled, the remaining balance will not be refunded or credited.
Any credit issued under this section will be valid for one year from the original event date.
11. No-Shows
A rider who does not attend the scheduled trackday and does not cancel before the event begins will be considered a no-show.
No refund, credit, transfer, rescheduling, or compensation will be issued for a no-show.
Arriving late, failing to complete technical inspection, failing to bring required equipment, or being unable to participate because of the rider's motorcycle, transportation, documentation, physical condition, conduct, or personal circumstances does not automatically qualify the rider for a refund or credit.
12. Trackday Credit Terms
All MotoBros Trackday Credits:
13. Trackday Transfers
Riders may not independently transfer or resell a registration to another person.
A transfer may only occur when approved by MotoBros and when the replacement rider creates or has an active MotoBros account, accepts all required waivers and policies, meets the event's eligibility requirements, selects an appropriate riding group, and completes any required payment or registration information.
MotoBros reserves the right to deny a transfer.
14. Weather and Event Conditions
Trackdays may operate in changing weather conditions unless MotoBros or the track officially cancels or reschedules the event.
A rider's decision not to attend because of weather, travel concerns, motorcycle condition, or personal preference will be handled under the normal cancellation policy.
MotoBros does not automatically issue refunds or credits because rain or unfavorable weather is forecast.
15. Events Cancelled by MotoBros
If MotoBros cancels a trackday and does not provide a replacement date, affected riders will receive a transfer to another eligible MotoBros trackday, a MotoBros Trackday Credit for the amount paid, or a refund to the original payment method, as determined by MotoBros.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the rider's registration should automatically transfer to the replacement date. MotoBros may provide an alternate credit option when appropriate.
MotoBros is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, motorcycle preparation, rental, missed work, or other incidental expenses associated with an event cancellation or schedule change.
16. Removal From an Event
No refund or credit will be issued when a rider is removed from an event because of unsafe riding, repeated rule violations, harassment or threatening behavior, intoxication or impairment, failure to follow staff or track instructions, misrepresentation of skill level, unauthorized sharing or transfer of a registration, failure to meet motorcycle or safety-equipment requirements, or conduct that creates a safety risk for other participants, staff, or spectators.
